NOTE : Terms and Conditions for Mudita Hotel Effective Date: May 7, 2025 By booking or staying at Mudita Hotel (“Hotel,” “we,” “us”), you (“Guest,” “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Reservations and Payment
• Booking: Reservations can be made via our website, authorized platforms, or directly with us. All bookings are subject to availability.
• Advance Payment: Guests must pay 50% of the total booking amount in advance to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
• Guest Information: Provide accurate name, contact, and payment details. False information may lead to cancellation.
• Rates: Room rates include taxes and fees as quoted. Rates may vary by season or promotion.
• Minimum Age: Guests must be 18 or older to book unless accompanied by a guardian.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-In: From 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur fees.
• Check-Out: By 12:00 AM. Late check-out may incur fees.
• Identification: Valid photo ID and the payment card used for booking are required at check-in.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows
• Cancellations: Cancel 7 days before check-in for a refund of the advance payment (unless non-refundable rate). Non-refundable bookings are not refundable.
• No-Show: Failure to check in without cancellation results in forfeiture of the advance payment, and the booking may be canceled.
• Modifications: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur fees.

4. Guest Responsibilities
• Behavior: Be respectful to staff, guests, and property. Disruptive or illegal behavior may lead to removal without refund.
• No Smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited indoors. A $150 cleaning fee applies for violations.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed, except service animals. Unauthorized pets may incur fees.
• Damage: Guests are liable for any damage to Hotel property and will be charged for repairs.

5. Hotel Services
• Amenities: Wi-Fi, parking, and other amenities are subject to availability. The Hotel is not liable for unavailability.
• Parking: Available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Hotel is not responsible for vehicle loss or damage.

6. Liability
• Belongings: The Hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
• Injury: The Hotel is not liable for guest injuries, except where caused by our gross negligence.
• Force Majeure: The Hotel is not liable for disruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

7. Privacy
We collect personal information to process bookings, as outlined in our Privacy Policy (available on our website). CCTV is used in public areas for security.

8. Termination
The Hotel may end your stay without refund for violating these terms, non-payment, or disruptive behavior.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved in [Insert Jurisdiction] courts.
